This Quote is very true to me, attitude is everything. from a psychological standpoint even just thinking of a bad thing as a positive can help relieve stress. Looking at a stressor as a challenge in life rather than something bad that is happening to you has been proven to reduce risk of heart disease and many other stress related health conditions. I have found that it helps a lot to look at everything with a glass half full attitude because it just makes life easier to get through. I have also learned not to dwell on the bad things in life because all its going to do is keep you in a bad mood. If we focus on the good things we will be put in a good mood and just be happier in general.

Essential Question

How do macro nurtients work together to build muscle?
I came to this question because it is somethibng that is essential for me to know to become a personal trainer yet it isnt heavily covered in my text book. I am excited to learn more about this topic so that I can better myself and help other people better themselves.
